Meet the Founders of Preparakit

Hi! We’re Marian and Dave!  We’re both healthcare professionals and busy parents to two young children, Hailey & Preston.  We know children are amazing little human beings and if they are anything like our kids, they constantly get themselves into all sorts of shenanigans in a blink of an eye.

Being prepared for any ouchies can and should be effortless.  We started PreparaKit in 2016 with the main goal of helping moms with little ones be more prepared to handle basic everyday emergencies.  We make it easy for moms to be equipped with high-quality products that are fun, portable, easy to use and take along anywhere. Just Grab and Go.

We have a few guiding principles that helps us to create the best experience for our PreparaKit family.

1. Trust:  As a nurse and firefighter wife/husband team, we put very careful thought and consideration into everything we do here at PreparaKit.  We make sure that what we bring forth to our community always starts with their safety in mind.
2. Service:  We want it to be known that we’re here to serve in any way we can.  It is our top priority to go above and beyond to make sure every encounter possible with us is none other than excellent.
3. Community:  We believe in empowering parents and kids with the knowledge and skills to keep themselves and their loved ones safe.  
4. Convenience:  We want to only create products that we know helps to make a difference, which is why we constantly ask ourselves, “How can we make things easier, simpler and more convenient for all the moms out there?”
